Compensation and Benefits: This is a regular, non-exempt, full-time position. OCF’s regular
workweek is 37.5 hours. The hiring range for this position is $27.28 to $33.42/hour, DOE. Salary offers are determined in conjunction with an internal pay equity assessment.

Primary Purpose:
The Staff Accountant, Analysis and Reporting, is responsible for reviewing and approving accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) workflows, non-cash contributions, maintaining general ledger activity, collecting vendor information for tax reporting, and other accounting duties. This role assumes the accuracy of accounting transactions by identifying processing errors and issues. This role also provides backup for AP and grant payments.
OCF employees are expected to work at least three days in the office. We are in the process of assessing eligibility for hybrid work schedules for our positions. After an initial training period of approximately two months, this position may be assessed as having the option to work remotely for a portion of the week, increasing time in the office during peak seasons.
