Oregon Community Foundation is hiring a Director of Initiatives and Strategic Partnerships who, in coordination with the Chief Community Impact Officer, will oversee the Foundation’s Initiatives and Strategic Partnerships Branch within the Community Impact Department. The Director is responsible for helping to set strategic direction for OCF’s proactive grantmaking programs and initiatives and managing the Initiatives and Strategic Partnerships team and portfolio of programs—primarily focused on increasing equity by addressing the opportunity gap facing Oregon’s children of color, low-income children, and rural children—across the areas of education, arts and culture, health and well-being, housing, economic vitality, and natural resources and the environment. The Director also oversees the use of multiple tools beyond grantmaking to create impact in OCF’s priority areas, including partnerships across the philanthropic, nonprofit, public and private sectors, and public policy engagement.
