Position Summary
The Workforce Development Program Coordinator is responsible for a wide range of workforce initiatives. The position works directly with the Workforce Development Manager supporting workforce projects from development to implementation as well as ongoing coordination. The positions will support programs such as employee recognition, professional development, DEI training program and trainee programs. Workforce project initiative coordination will require developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, coordination of stakeholder meetings, documentation creation and report writing capturing progression of projects.
